Tropical Storm ROKE (台風１5号) Kansai

The video was taken from Suma beach. The camera zooms on Kinki Peninsula where the mountains of Wakayama and Nara prefectures could be seen. It was raining heavily most the afternoon until susnset. Shikoku also was hidden in rain since around 16:00.
